Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager for Industrial projects in Florida. You will develop project plans, coordinate safety, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery across Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami and other sites.

You will lead scheduling, cost tracking, QA/QC, permiting, and liaison with engineers and architects, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with field supervision to meet contract requirements and client expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction experience, specifically Industrial project experience.
• Able to perform Project Manager duties proficiently.
• Experience managing all aspects of construction projects including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project business plan.
• Work with field management to generate safety plan for the project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the Engineer and Architect.
• Identify and implement all contract deliverables, quality testing, and reporting requirements.
• Create staging, logistics, and phasing plan for the project.
• Lead coordination of subcontractors.
• Set up bonding, change orders, and cost tracking for the project.
• Set up project in Prolog and other software.
• Responsible for project startup, permits and licenses, and jobsite mobilization.
• Facilitate subcontractor pre-mobilization/startup meetings.
• Issue and administer subcontracts and purchase orders for multiple trades.
• Assist in development and updating of overall project schedule.
• Lead responsibility for project quality control plan implementation.
• Conduct bi-weekly safety surveys with project superintendent.
• Review projections, labor reports, safety documents, and schedules monthly.
• Review and approve material/equipment invoices per budget.
• Prepare payment requests and monitor collections.
• Meet with city and state agencies to review project and inspections.
• Attend OAC progress meetings and create monthly status reports.
• Enter and update information in project management software.
• Manage and oversee job close-out documentation and procedures.
• Mentor and train assistant project managers and co-op/intern students.
