• Experience with projects $50M or above.
• Design-Build experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Managing job cost reporting processes.
• Prepare payment applications and status reports.
• Manage flow of technical information between customers and the company.
• Conduct job site quality control and safety inspections.
• Negotiate change orders and manage subcontractor contracts.
