Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or AS in mechanical engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in Industrial Mechanical or Construction Management, or applicable hands-on field experience.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and project management software (MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and determine necessary resources.
• Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates by reviewing proposal specs, drawings, and other information.
• Monitor and contribute to overall construction effort to meet design, budget, and schedule; maintain client/architect/engineer/contractor communications.
• Direct on-site crew leaders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance to craftsmen, including interpreting drawings and recommending construction methods/equipment.
