Job summary

Huber Technology, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of products meeting customer needs.

You’ll liaise with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing through the full lifecycle from concept to post-install support. Requires a technical/engineering degree and 2+ years in related roles; strong communication and organizational skills; MS Office and PM software familiarity; some travel to client sites may be needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
• 2+ years work experience in application engineering, inside sales or technical support preferred.
• Experience with independent manufacturer’s representatives or vendors.
• Exposure to sales, sales management or project management is a plus.
• Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules and forecasts.
• Process project orders from intake to warranty start.
• Coordinate and check deliverables across teams.
• Maintain project status reports and change orders.
• Manage project budget and report performance metrics.
• Lead project planning and execution from start to finish.
• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer and company goals.
• Develop engineering submittal packages and obtain approvals.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to all stakeholders.
• Plan timelines, track milestones, and prepare progress reports.
