Job summary

Kinsley Construction, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager for our industrial services team. The PM will run projects in and around North East, MD, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating with field staff and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of PM experience in industrial/construction, plus an Engineering or Construction Management degree and strong communication skills. This role involves frequent site travel and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience in industrial/construction sectors.
• Knowledge of local area and clientele.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret complex construction documents and drawings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors.
• Interface with clients to negotiate change orders and initiate additional work.
• Maintain client relations as needed for repeat business.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Extensive daily travel and site oversight.
