Job summary

JDI Industrial Services is seeking an Industrial Project Manager with an Industrial Capital background to develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions for industrial projects or services.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction/industrial maintenance project management.
• Experience managing industrial capital projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with project estimating, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients and prospect new accounts.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of industrial capital projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor costs and profitability; forecast and control budgets.
• Lead project teams, coordinate timelines, and communicate progress to clients and leadership.
• Review contract terms with Operations and Owners and ensure compliance.
• Assist in obtaining permits and bonding for projects.
