• Experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and planning is preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of ASME and AWS welding codes and NDE.
• Understanding of GD&T principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CAD and ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate schedules using MS Project or similar tools.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience in the heavy industrial equipment industry.


• Previous experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment.


• Experience with manufacturing estimating, scheduling, and planning is preferred.


• Bachelor's degree is required according to the job poster; a degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.


• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex technical specifications.


• Knowledge of ASME and AWS welding codes and NDE.


• Understanding of GD&T principles.


• Experience coordinating schedules and working with Gantt Charts, such as MS Project or equivalent.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.


• CAD and ERP experience is a plus.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
