Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience in industrial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction efforts internally and externally leading up to project execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, vendors, and third parties.
• Ensure project scope, goals, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated.
• Monitor project performance and address issues as they arise.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Lead project meetings and participate in post-project reviews.
• Attend required internal and external meetings.
• Manage the supporting project team, including Project Coordinators/Engineers, Inventory Control, Project Administrators, Safety Representatives, and Superintendents

Trillium Construction is hiring an Industrial Project Manager for our client’s project in Conesville, Ohio.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong industrial construction background. Pay rate is $50-55/hour.
