Job summary

AKG develops and manufactures advanced heat exchangers and cooling technologies for automotive, industrial, and energy applications. The Project Manager leads planning, execution, and on-time delivery across the Industrial Division, coordinating with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and a focus on delivering value while maintaining budget and scope in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project-management experience in automotive/industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience aligning projects with customer requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the Industrial Division with clear objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals and ownership.
• Document decisions, owners, due dates, and escalation paths throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders with dashboards and reports.
