Job summary

PARIC is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale industrial projects across mission critical, food & beverage, and manufacturing markets. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering projects safely, profitably, and with exceptional quality while developing high-performing teams and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in senior operational leadership.
• Experience in mission critical, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of industrial projects $10M–$200M+, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular job walks and monthly reviews to manage risk, schedule, and finances.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, safety, QA/QC, scheduling, and business development teams.
• Coach and mentor project managers, superintendents, and other leaders.
