Job summary

McGough is seeking an Industrial Project Engineer (entry-level) to support project management across multiple industrial sectors. You will assist in project management tasks, develop skills, and progressively take on more responsibility while working on projects in the Upper Midwest region.

Qualifications

• Educational prerequisites or practical exposure in project management and construction processes.
• Exposure through internships or field assignments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management tasks as assigned by the project management staff.
• Develop skills and progressively take on more responsibility.
• Assist pursuit team in understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Participate in QA/AC page turn sessions.
• Understand self-perform capabilities, warehouse equipment, rentals, small tools and services.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in soliciting and reviewing subcontract bids.
• Assist in performing trade scope reviews.
• Assist superintendent and project manager with CPM scheduling and Last Planner system.
