• Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture/building design.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Ability to prepare permit and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of code and building envelope considerations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare effective building designs and presentation materials.
• Coordinate multi-discipline design teams to produce plans for diverse projects.
• Develop renderings, space planning, and construction documents for permitting and construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients and staff to expand roles and responsibilities within the firm.
• Support the firm’s collaborative culture with communication and organization.
