Job summary

FMA Services in Belgium is seeking several accurate Production Reporters / Assistants to strengthen the Project Acceleration Team. You will collect and verify progress data from construction field teams and prepare daily production reports.

You will work closely with planners and management, develop dashboards with Excel and Power BI, and help track planned versus actual progress, ensuring data quality and timely signaling of deviations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in production reporting within industrial projects.
• Experience with construction reporting or industrial sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily collection, verification, and consolidation of progress data from construction supervisors and field teams.
• Preparing and updating daily production reports, weekly progress reports, and management overviews.
• Comparing planned versus actual quantities, man-hours, and production, and signaling deviations in a timely manner.
• Maintaining installed quantities, work fronts, open constraints, and status per area, discipline, or work package.
• Supporting planners with look-aheads, S-curves, progress curves, and periodic cut-off reporting.
• Checking source data for completeness and consistency and actively following up on missing information at the site.
