Job summary

ATI is hiring Production Workers for its Monaca Operations, joining a world-class rolling and finishing operation in the Specialty Rolled Products unit. The role requires willingness to work multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime in a heavy industrial setting, with tests to verify reading and math skills and electrical/mechanical aptitude.

AT I offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus ($1,500 upfront, $1,500 after 6 months) and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a transferrable industry with transferrable skills.
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Operate both small and large mobile equipment.
• Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cab.
• Work with a team in the facilities to produce world class plate products and interact with computer interfaces.
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities.
