Job summary

ATI is seeking Production Workers for its Monaca Operations to join the rolling and finishing operations of the Specialty Rolled Products business unit. You will ensure production requirements stay met, support maintenance, and operate a range of equipment in a heavy industrial setting.

You must be willing to work multiple shifts, weekends, and overtime, and pass tests in reading and math to verify skills and aptitude. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered with staged payments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a transferrable industry with transferrable skills.
• Ability to read instructions, do basic math and perform simple measurements.
• Electrical or mechanical aptitude is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large mobile equipment.
• Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or an overhead cab.
• Work with a team in facilities to produce plate products and interact with computer interfaces.
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities.
