Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, seeks an industrious manufacturing associate to support precast concrete product operations. The role emphasizes safe, efficient production and teamwork in a fast-paced factory setting.

You will work with concrete pipe patching/finishing, machinery, lift trucks, and hand tools, contributing to quality production. Candidates should have a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Working with concrete pipe patching/finishing
• Working with pipe making machinery and equipment
• Working with/around lift trucks
• Working/training to tack weld pipe cages
• Working with hand tools
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
