Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Scheduler to support growth across FEL phases, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction in an industrial setting.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, CPM scheduling, and experience with brownfield projects. You will coordinate with multiple teams and deliver regular updates to stakeholders, while enabling remote work options and a permanent, full-time career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of scheduling experience in industrial construction, EPC, or heavy/civil construction environments.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles and multi-trade construction sequencing.
• Experience with brownfield/live industrial plant projects preferred (chemicals, pulp & paper, power generation, or similar).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 required; experience with TILOS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 across FEL 1/2/3, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction.
• Build baseline schedules with leads from engineering, procurement, and construction; ensure realistic sequencing and resource loading.
• Monitor progress against baseline, track variances, and identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts.
• Perform CPM analysis and schedule risk/contingency analysis on complex, multi-discipline projects.
• Produce regular schedule updates, look-aheads, and progress reports for project managers, leadership, and clients.
• Support brownfield/live-plant scheduling, including outage and turnaround windows, tie-ins, and shutdown coordination.
• Partner with cost/estimating teams to align schedule and budget performance.
• Contribute schedule data and risk insights into ITAC's proprietary APM process.
• Identify schedule recovery strategies and support mitigation when projects fall behind.
• Participate in project planning meetings from kickoff through closeout.
