Formación

• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, analyze, and optimize industrial processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Monitor process performance using data and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance with teams.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams on improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Support Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
• Assist with equipment selection, installation, and validation for new systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
