Job summary

Amcor is seeking a dependable Preventative Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You will perform scheduled PM, inspections, and minor repairs to keep extrusion and production equipment running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has basic mechanical and electrical knowledge and enjoys troubleshooting as part of a production team. High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance on production lines and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections for wear, issues, and safety concerns.
• Complete PM, inspection and repair documentation on time.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist with building upkeep.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
