Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean assembled products for coating application.
• Applies masking tape or jigs to protect various surfaces before wash.
• Maintaining unit traceability, prepares surfaces for painting: automatic or manual wash system.
• Utilize sprayer to apply paint to a variety of products, according to company specifications.
• Mix standard paint colors and thinners to obtain proper viscosity; adjust as necessary.
• Maintain spray paint equipment in proper working condition. Replace nozzles and other gun components.
• Flush and clean paint system circulation and filtering lines and components.
• Replenish painting supply as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned
