Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with at least 5 years managing preconstruction activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of preconstruction services and construction estimating.
• Experience in the Industrial market preferred, specifically in process and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of preconstruction professionals.
• Develop strategies to win work and execute project plans.
• Monitor team progress and ensure project deadlines are met.
