Qualifications
- 10 years' experience with 5 years in managing preconstruction activities.
- Experience in leadership with successful results.
- Extensive knowledge of company operations across functional groups.
- Experience with EPC and/or Design-Build projects.
Responsibilities
- Participate in divisional strategic planning.
- Develop and execute work-winning strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of preconstruction professionals.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
