Job summary

Jobtailor in South Carolina is seeking a skilled commercial/industrial plumber to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on water distribution, drainage, and process piping, and to diagnose complex issues.

You will support building operations with HVAC and electrical system upkeep, maintain accurate CMMS records, track water usage, and coordinate with contractors for major projects while ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial plumbing.
• Knowledge of large-scale water distribution, drainage, and process piping.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and general mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain Journeyman license within 6 months.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as MAXIMO, Tririga, Corrigo.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
• Support building operations through HVAC and electrical system upkeep.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing infrastructure and water treatment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and equipment records in CMMS.
• Track system performance and water usage trends.
