Job summary

PDM US in Rock Hill, SC is seeking skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support safe operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in at least one specialty area (HVAC, welding/fabrication) and is capable of diagnosing and repairing complex systems to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
• Follow safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
