Job summary

Sunny Delight Beverages Company in Verona, PA is seeking an Electronic Technician in the Maintenance department. The role focuses on installation, alteration, maintenance and service of electrical systems and equipment.

You will troubleshoot motors, work with PLCs, read schematics, and support safe, GMP-compliant operations. The position requires HS diploma and trade schooling or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent plus two years of trade school or 4 years electrical and electronics work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
• Must be able to attend job-related training classes to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair ac/dc motors and associated control schemes.
• Diagnose and repair/replace sensing devices such as photo-eyes, limit switches, proximity sensors, I/Ps.
• Diagnose electronic problems and replace down to board level circuitry.
• Work with high/low voltage systems such as 24vdc, 110vac, 208vac and 480vac.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
• Follow safety, GMP and food safety rules and regulations.
