Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Lakeland, FL is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support customers with product recommendations, quotes, and timely sales orders. You’ll coordinate deliveries and work closely with Sales to determine the best solutions while using our CRM and phone system to ensure personalized service.

The role emphasizes fast-paced environment, up-selling, and building relationships. A 1–3 year inside sales background and familiarity with Thermoplastic products are

Qualifications

• 1-3 years inside sales experience.
• 2-3 years selling Thermoplastic products preferred.
• Strong sales skills including upselling.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented with relationship-building mindset.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
