You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, crushers, and pumps, while collaborating with operations teams to improve reliability.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, welding, fabrication, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to prioritize work for operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, crushers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Identify equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to complete work assignments and improve plant reliability.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental standards while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
