• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while driving cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor key performance metrics, assess equipment needs, and implement best practices to maximize productivity and minimize downtime

Candidate Background

• 10+ years of plant management experience in manufacturing
• Experience with purchasing, shipping/receiving, and handling customer or sales inquiries
• Knowledge of production scheduling and supply chain management
• Stable employment history with no short-term jobs (<3 years)
• Reside within 45 minutes of the facility
