Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Cleburne, TX. You will maintain and repair production equipment, perform disassembly/rebuilds, and coordinate equipment installation and alignment in a cryogenic plant setting.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance, safe operation practices, and ability to work on call. On-site work with regional travel and a competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment in the plant (CO2, ASU, vacuum swing adsorption) including compressors, pumps, motors, valves and vessels.
• Disassemble/rebuild mechanical equipment, align/commission repaired rotating equipment, and perform basic welding tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities in CMMS; assist with building/system upkeep and engage with contractors on repairs.
• Calibrate QA analyzers and ensure compliance with safety and quality systems.
