Job summary

Airgas in Cleburne, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to inspect facilities and perform preventative maintenance on process equipment. The role includes mechanical repair, basic welding, and coordinating with contractors.

On-call rotation and regional travel may be required. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED (trade school preferred) and at least 3 years of industrial experience, with strong English communication and forklift operation skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Must be able to operate forklift, pallet jack and other lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of production equipment in the plant (CO2, ASU, VSA) including compressors, pumps, motors, valves, gauges and vessels.
• Disassemble/rebuild mechanical equipment and install motors/compressors; align and commission repaired rotating equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document in CMMS; manage parts and stock levels.
• Coordinate with contractors on repairs and projects; ensure safety and quality standards.
