You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• 3 years Maintenance experience and/or support of maintenance department.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; proficient email communication.
• Ability to learn internal maintenance software quickly.
• Experience implementing safety programs and processes.
• Leadership, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position, with/without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors/Manager to oversee maintenance by reviewing and auditing processes, ensuring quality inspections and repairs.
• Ensure parts inventory management and organization; perform regular inspections.
• Promote positive teamwork and safe working behaviors.
• Coach and mentor maintenance staff to promote a healthy, positive work environment.
• Ensure maintenance staff have tools, equipment, and supplies to perform tasks.
• Promote use of technology and information systems to improve shop performance (e.g., Dossier).
