Job summary
Elevate is seeking a Maintenance Technician A to join our plant team to maintain industrial manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and keep safety and production goals in alignment. The role requires inspecting, disassembling/reassembling machines, and using CMMS to document work.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and process control knowledge is essential for success in this on-site position. This opportunity supports a 24/7 environment with multiple shifts and provides training and growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- 5+ years’ experience in an industrial environment performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, process control systems including PLCs and networking.
Responsibilities
- Perform periodic inspections and checks to identify failures and determine corrective actions.
- Assemble and disassemble machines for repair and part replacement while maintaining safety and production goals.
- Troubleshoot equipment to identify root causes and recommend follow-up actions.
- Identify failed components and determine required replacement parts.
- Use CMMS to receive work orders, track parts, and document work performed.
- Comply with safety and environmental protocols in operations.
