Job summary

Sofidel America, a leading tissue manufacturer, is hiring a Plant Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe manufacturing environment and support production operations. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, waste management, and ensuring adherence to GMP/HACCP standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior industrial housekeeping experience, read and follow safety procedures, and be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must understand and follow safety procedures and GMP/HACCP requirements.
• Ability to interpret work orders and quality documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across manufacturing facility, warehouse, production areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Support GMP, HACCP requirements and sanitation standards.
• Inspect and operate cleaning equipment safely before shifts.
• Remove waste and assist with recycling and waste management.
• Assist production and warehouse operations to support workflow and schedules.
