Job summary
AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a CAD Engineer for materials processing in Naples, FL, to design and develop large-scale industrial facilities. You will produce detailed 2D/3D plant layouts, fabrication packages, and CAD drawings that translate engineering concepts into buildable designs for projects across the United States.
Responsibilities include creating layouts with conveyors and bulk handling equipment, interpreting specifications, and maintaining drawings through the project
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of professional CAD experience.
- Robust background designing large-scale industrial systems or processing facilities.
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications into detailed drawings.
- Experience creating 2D/3D CAD models and plant layouts.
- Experience designing conveyors and bulk material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D plant layouts for large-scale facilities.
- Create technical drawings, fabrication and construction drawings, and fabrication packages.
- Design layouts with conveyors and bulk handling equipment for proper fit and functionality.
- Develop drawings for new facilities and collaborate with internal teams.
- Interpret concepts and produce accurate CAD models and documentation.
- Maintain and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage CAD documentation and drawing revisions in the engineering database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness before fabrication.
- Support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
