Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or business administration.
• 3 years of experience in supply chain or planning (preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for production planning.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret capacity and demand data to optimize workflows.
• Experience coordinating with supply chain and engineering teams to align production goals.
• Knowledge of industrial planning tools such as MRP.
