• Strong geometry and trigonometry for layout and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Execute the installation, assembly, and repair of piping systems per design specs.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan routing and placement of piping components.
• Perform welding and fabrication using TIG, MIG, and stick methods.
• Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests to verify system integrity.
• Select and install valves, fittings, and gaskets for optimal performance.
• Secure piping networks with hangers and supports for long-term stability.
• Diagnose malfunctions, including corrosion or flow disruptions, to minimize downtime.

• Conduct comprehensive hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing to verify system integrity and prevent potential failures.
• Select and install appropriate valves, fittings, and gaskets to optimize system performance and flow.
• Secure piping networks using specialized hangers and supports to ensure long-term stability and stress reduction.
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, including corrosion or flow disruptions, to minimize operational downtime.
