Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC (City FM) seeks a Trades Instructor for Boeing Plant 2 in Seattle, WA. You will lead classroom and hands-on sessions focused on plumbing, steam systems, and industrial water distribution for maintenance technicians.

You will support the HVAC/Plumbing Apprenticeship Program, assist other instructors with labs, curriculum development, and assessments, and help operate training facilities. Occasional evening sessions may be required.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in industrial plumbing, steam systems, or related mechanical trades.
Strong knowledge of piping systems, valves, steam distribution, boilers, and water systems.
Experience troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial piping and steam systems.
Experience with various piping materials and installation methods.
Ability to train and mentor adult learners.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Flexible schedule including evening instruction.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and hands-on training in industrial piping and steam systems.
Participate in HVAC/Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
Assist instructors with course delivery, labs, curriculum, assessments, and training operations.
