Job summary

Strobel-Energy-Group-LLC is seeking an Industrial Pipefitter to assemble, layout, tack and maintain piping systems. You will read blueprints, select pipes, cut and weld components, install supports, and perform leak tests to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pipe fitting experience.
• Ability to read prints and construction drawings.
• Must understand reading technical manuals and blueprints.
• Must provide own general hand tools.
• Safe work practices per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Cut, thread, bend and assemble pipes per specs.
• Prepare, fabricate and lay out piping components.
• Install hangers, supports, valves and components.
• Perform leak tests on piping systems.
• Hoist loads with rigging equipment and maintain clean work area.
• Collaborate with journeymen across trades.
• Read ISO metric drawings and weld symbols.
