Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Greenville, TX is seeking a Pipe Welder for on-site work at the Riggs Fabrication Facility. The role requires reading drawings, fabricating, and welding carbon steel, stainless, and alloy piping to code standards.

You will perform FCAW and GMAW, interpret isometrics, and ensure welds meet customer requirements while maintaining a safe, efficient shop environment. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial pipe welding experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a Loenbro welding test and project weld qualifications.
• 2G/3G GMAW/FCAW; 6G preferred
• 6G GTAW/SMAW helpful, not required
• Strong understanding of weld symbols and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of pipe fabrication, fit-up tolerances, and welding procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fabrication shop.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform FCAW, and GMAW welding processes as required.
• Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, spool sheets, and weld procedures.
• Fabricate and weld carbon steel process piping
• Inspect materials and completed welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Operate grinders, torches, beveling equipment, and other fabrication tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
