Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Industrial Perimeter Patrol in Council Bluffs, IA. This full-time, unarmed position involves patrolling a busy manufacturing location, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents while documenting observations for leadership.

Qualifications

• State, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, directing visitors as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document actions per post orders.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports for leadership handoff.
