Job summary

Industrial Painter is seeking an experienced Industrial Painting Foreman to oversee painting projects at industrial sites nationwide. The role requires leading a team of 3–6 painters, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion while managing project budgets.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in industrial painting with supervisory experience; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Local to the Greater Chicago Area with willingness to travel across the Midwest; nights and weekends may be

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial painting experience with a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel across the Midwest; nights/weekends as needed.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation and coatings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate industrial painting projects from start to finish.
• Lead a team of 3 to 6 painters, ensuring safety, on-time completion, and within budget.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Inspect progress and quality against project specs and safety standards.
• Train new team members on techniques and safety procedures.
• Communicate project status with project managers, contractors and clients.
• Maintain records of expenses, materials and daily progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Travel to project sites as required across states.
