Job summary

Industrial Painter is seeking an experienced Industrial Painting Foreman to oversee multiple painting projects at industrial facilities nationwide. You will lead a team of 3–6 painters, coordinate work, ensure safety compliance, and monitor budgets from start to finish.

Travel across the Midwest is required; the role may include nights and weekends. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. A valid driver’s license and strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial painting experience with supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel across Midwest states.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface prep, coatings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate industrial painting projects from start to finish.
• Lead a team of 3 to 6 painters, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Inspect progress and quality to meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Train new team members on painting techniques, safety protocols, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding status and changes.
• Maintain records of expenses, materials used, and daily progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards throughout all phases.
• Must be local to the Greater Chicago Area, but willing to travel to Midwest project sites as required.
