Qualifications

• 2+ year commercial or industrial painting/coatings experience.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge.
• Experience using trade tools, materials, and equipment.
• Valid driver's license + clean MVR.
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled commercial/industrial painting and coatings work.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship while meeting production expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Recognize and report hazards; help maintain a safe job site.
• Use tools, materials, and equipment properly and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development.
• Work with minimal on-site supervision while supporting a highly engaged crew.
