Job description

Industrial Painter - 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday) | Salary: $18-$23/hour BOE

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Industrial Painters to paint large diesel fuel tanks, steel/aluminum enclosures, and steel frames.

Responsibilities:

1. Paint large industrial components as assigned.
2. Ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
3. Maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience with 2-part polyurethane spray gun painting up to 65 PSI.
2. Experience with automotive painting (25-45 PSI) is a plus.
3. Ability to measure, compare, and perform shop calculations to meet customer specifications.
4. Flexibility to adapt to daily activities and occasional overtime.
5. Manufacturing experience preferred.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
7. Self-motivated with good communication skills.
8. Attention to detail and a strong drive to succeed.
9. Must pass competency test, spray test, pre-employment physical, including drug screening.
