Job summary

PK Industrial is seeking candidates with industrial and/or construction general labor experience for work in a Wichita, Kansas facility. The role offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 40 hours per week with possible overtime.

A government background check is required for access to the facility. Responsibilities include industrial painting, surface preparation, and applying coatings.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial painting and surface preparation.
• Ability to pass a government background check.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial painting and surface preparation on job sites or refinery environments.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, sandblasting, or similar methods.
• Mix and blend paints, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and protective coatings per requirements.
• Erect ladders, scaffolding, and stage equipment as needed.
• Apply paint and fireproofing on structures, equipment, and piping using brushes or spray equipment.
