Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in High Point, NC, is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our Manufacturing Team. You will prepare, coat, and finish metal components in a light industrial setting, using spray guns and spray foam equipment.

Training starts in High Point and will move to a new facility in Asheboro, NC. This role requires safety compliance, reading English or Spanish, and overtime flexibility on 1st or 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED or related painting experience.
• Must read/speak English or Spanish.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking an I ndustrial Painter to join our Manufacturing Team. The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components in a light industrial fabrication environment. This role involves mixing and matching paints to required specifications, operating spray guns and spray foam equipment, and applying coatings with precision to ensure durability and a high‑quality finish. The Industrial Painter will follow safety and environmental guidelines, maintain equipment, and work closely with production teams to meet quality standards and project timelines.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift , 6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary

• 2nd Shift , 4:00pm-2:30am with OT as necessary

Location:

Train in High Point, NC and eventually move to new facility in Asheboro, NC

Job Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to step over and work on top of fixtures that are 28 inches off the floor when necessary
