Job summary

Lever, Inc. in York, PA is seeking an Industrial Painter / Shop Technician for contract-to-hire. The role focuses on painting (about 20%) and material handling, rigging, equipment operation, and other shop duties.

You will work 1st or 2nd shifts with pay up to $23.00/hour depending on experience, plus a 2nd shift differential of $3.00/hour. You must complete respiratory fit testing and follow PPE and safety procedures. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or production painting experience.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and proper application methods.
• Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, or similar industrial equipment.
• Background in rigging and material loading/unloading.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices and PPE.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

About the Role
