SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking motivated Industrial Painters for the 1st shift in Milwaukee, WI. You will paint large diesel tanks, enclosures, and frames using two-part polyurethane spray paint in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires adherence to customer specs, safe work practices, and daily shop calculations. Overtime may be available to meet deadlines, with emphasis on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience painting large tanks, enclosures, and frames.
• Ability to follow specifications and perform shop calculations.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Paint large diesel fuel tanks, steel/aluminum enclosures, and steel frames using spray guns.
• Apply two-part polyurethane spray paint at pressures up to 65 PSI.
• Follow customer specifications, accurately measure, compare, and perform shop calculations.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all painting tasks.
• Stay flexible with day-to-day tasks and adapt to production needs.
• Occasionally work overtime or stay late to meet rush job deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve painting or production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and dress code requirements, including steel-toe boots.
