Job summary

Wabtec is seeking an entry-level Painter in our Paint Department. You will work with painters and the Paint Supervisor to apply paints per customer specifications and maintain paint supplies, filters, and related equipment.

The role involves operation of paint guns, pressure washers, and lifting tools, with a shift that runs Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 6:00am, and potential overtime. You must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED with basic painting

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience and ability to follow customer paint specs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and paint application.
• Ability to read English instructions and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Paint products using customer color specifications.
• Maintain paint inventory and report needs to supervisor.
• Operate paint guns, pressure washer, and related equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
