Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and applying fillers to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Mix and apply two-component liquid paints using spray equipment.
Inspect finishes using mill thickness gauges and gloss meters to ensure quality standards.
Operate cranes and coat unusually shaped objects under production pressure.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of spray booths and spray guns.
